My name is Madelyn Schroeder and I am from Lawrenceville, GA. I am an English/English Education double major and plan to one day teach High School English, and perhaps Drama. What drew me to this class was the opportunity to read pieces of writing from a variety of perspectives and backgrounds and to broaden my knowledge of how diversity is represented in theatre. I love to read and act, and have a fairly outgoing personality so I'd say getting to know others is one of my primary pass-times. I love football and soccer, and enjoy writing and hiking in my free-time. In my future, I plan to travel the world, teaching in different countries and experiencing the myriad of cultures and passions of people across the globe.
